Our symbols are NOT a grading system - simply a way of showing which villas would be most suitable for your needs. All the featured properties are well equipped, high quality, family style houses with swimming pools … so they would all be in the top category if we used a traditional star rating.

Prices
The price range displayed covers the date range of the chart, ie. from early June through to late October. Some owners offer reduced rates for holidays taken earlier or later in year – see their individual pages for information.
Size
Treat this as a guide only. Most villas are actually booked with fewer than the maximum number of guests, and some villas will accommodate extra people on sofas etc.
Family house - around 6 person Family House – ideally suited for a family or group of around six people.
Spacious house - up to 9 person Spacious House – more room for spreading out or sharing, accommodating around nine people.
Large house - 12 or more person Larger Property -  often sleeping 12 or more, these houses are ideal for two families sharing, and may be available as a split site.
Travelling Times 
Within an hour of the airport Airport – With many French regional airports now being served by the low cost carriers, flying has become a more attractive option for everyone. Villas shown with this symbol are within an hour’s drive of an airport offering direct flights from London.
Within 15 minutes of the motorway Motorway – The French motorway system is now complete, providing easy motoring and a direct route from the channel ports. Villas marked with this symbol are within 15 minutes of a main motorway junction.
Within 1 hour of the beach Beach –The properties are inland and have swimming pools, but guests still ask the question! So villas with this symbol have a beach within an hour’s drive.
Within 5 minutes of the shops Shops – This symbol means shops are close by … either just a walk away or only five minutes by car.
